APPOINTMENTS

At Vixen® Spa we gladly accept walk-in clients. In order to avoid disappointment and wait times, we strongly recommend booking an appointment. Clients are encouraged to take advantage of our Online Booking System, download our APP or to contact the spa location of choice at the earliest convenience. We require our client’s full name and phone number as all appointments are confirmed with a reminder via email or phone call the day before the appointment.

APPOINTMENT ARRIVAL TIME

To ensure ample prep time and a comfortable experience for our clients, we recommend an arrival time of 5 -10 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment. If clients anticipate being late for the appointment, they are required to contact the spa as soon as possible. We are pleased to accommodate our clients the best way possible and will make every effort to make alternate arrangements.

LATE ARRIVALS

Our appointments are booked for specific time slots, if you arrive late, your services will be modified to your remaining time slot at the full service price. In respect for other clients who have booked in advance, clients are expected to arrive in a timely manner to avoid cancellation fees and forfeiting their appointment to walk-in clients or clients on our waiting list.

NO-SHOWS AND CANCELLATIONS

When an appointment is booked, this time slot has been specifically reserved for the client. Therefore, other appointment requests for the same time slots are turned away. In the event that clients fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment or cancels with minimal notice, the system will automatically block these clients from future bookings unless a valid credit card is provided upon the next booking request.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, will be charged 50% of the service value. Cancellations less than 1 hour notice will be charged 100% of the service value. Note: All No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.

SPA PACKAGE BOOKINGS

For all Spa Package bookings we require a valid credit card to hold the appointment. The cancellation policy above applies to all spa package bookings. Feel free to Book Online for your convenience.

SPA PARTY CANCELLATION POLICY

In order to reserve your Spa Party Booking Request, Vixen® Nails & Spa requires a valid credit card upon booking of 3 or more guests. An acknowledgement of our Cancellation policy is also required to confirm the reservation. We require 48 hours notice of any cancellation or changes to the reservation.  A $25 cancellation fee per client will be charged to the credit card in the event of a cancellation out of our 48 hour policy. Note: All Spa Party No-Show appointments will be charged 100% of the service value.

PETS, CHILDREN AND SPA ETIQUETTE

At Vixen® Spa we do not allow pets in any of our locations as they conflict with our stringent sanitization policies. See our Sanitization Policies. We love to serve children at our locations, however, we do not provide child care services.  If your children are high energy and require a lot of attention we would prefer you to find a sitter as this may compromise your child’s safety and the experience of other clients.

REFUNDS & PRICING

Except for damaged or unopened products, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or credits for salon services, gift certificates or retail products. All sales are final. Vixen® Spa Inc. reserves the right to change pricing for services and products without notice.
